Avoid Hilton Car Supermarket – Our Costly Experience
Hello everyone, We purchased a 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLA 200 from Hilton Car Supermarket in Milton Keynes, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing and frustrating experience. Shortly after the purchase, we began noticing issues with the vehicle. A diagnostic inspection by an official Mercedes-Benz dealership confirmed multiple faults, including a serious engine issue. We immediately sent the report to Hilton Car Supermarket’s after-sales department, but they stopped responding to our calls and emails. When I visited the dealership in person, they promised to repair everything. After about two weeks, they collected the vehicle and later claimed that all the problems were resolved. However, they failed to provide any service invoice or official documentation to support the work they claimed to have done. After repeatedly chasing them, they finally sent us an invoice – which we later discovered was fake. We then returned to Mercedes-Benz for another diagnostic check and were shocked to find nothing had been repaired. The issues were exactly the same. We have solid evidence, including email correspondence and a video recording of their manager claiming that all services were completed. We are now pursuing legal action to get a full refund. If you're considering buying a car from Hilton Car Supermarket, please think twice. Our experience shows that they may sell faulty vehicles and fail to provide genuine after-sales support. You risk losing your hard-earned money. Stay cautious and do thorough checks before dealing with them.
