Overall a pretty bad experience for me
Overall a pretty bad experience for me. First the router came damaged and missing pieces this is likely on Royal mail but the company could definitely ship in a box instead of an envelope. Then for my area (further outskirts of London) the wifi was effectively useless 😅 like the absolute highest speed I could get was 10mbps and that was on a good day, on average I would get about 2mbps. I ended up needing to rely on my phones hotspot in the end anyway. Definitely would not try them again. --- Response to their Reply: As mentioned, if you shipped with a box the damaged product would not be an issue. Additionally when providing a service for only a few days, sending an additional router from a different provider is not really a valid solution (as it will take time to arrive), hence why I did not contact you.
