This company is the Worst!
I ordered two frames on November 25th for delivery, was charged and never heard a word about the order even after multiple inquiries. They were supposed to be a Christmas Gift so I am so very upset! When I inquire via email (because they won't accept phone calls which is outrageous) I get a automatic response that someone will contact me within 24 hours. Hah! I have asked for the order to be voided since when I check with Fed Ex they say they have not even received the merchandise yet! Customer Service is non existent! I need this to be resolved immediately.
