Low price hides appalling service and coverage
From the get go the service coverage was awful, and the customer service worse. Several calls to technical support to try and resolve the issue, were I think, designed to get me beyond my cooling off period meaning I had to buy my way out of the contract. A truly terrible experience that I would urge people to avoid. The price may be great, but all that glistens isn't gold. Follow up. After their request for more information, which was supplied, I haven't heard anything, other than a request for more more for an already settled bill. Don't know why I expected anything else. Truly awful customer service. Sadly it's not possible to leave anything less than one star, which is a shame because they really haven't earned it.
