Wonderful Company, Wonderful Home

While on the hunt for a new apartment and after bad experiences with other places, I stumbled onto a property managed by Great Jones. Unfortunately, it wasn't listed that it was a 55+ community. However, Janice Murphy went above and beyond to find me a home after that confusion. She found me a home I've fallen in love with that's closer to my budget and closer to work. She walked me through every step of the process with patience and kindness and Dennis Hamilton did the walk through of the property with me as well as my bi-annual inspections, and has also been wonderful. The couple of maintenance issues I have encountered have been addressed promptly and with kindness and understanding. I couldn't be happier living somewhere where the property management company cares so much about not only their clients, but their tenants as well.
