WORST COMPANY EVER - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID
We only used PSA as Peugeot UK use them for car leasing finance. They are basically dishonest and unbelievably difficult to deal with. It would take too long to explain all the underhand tactics they use to extort money from you but just to say we had to take them to the Financial Ombudsman Service to fight to recover an inspection fee they kept trying to charge us (after we cancelled the inspection appointment correctly). We won that case but it took a lot of time / effort on our part. The current battle is that they are now trying to charge us £400 for 2 x parking fines AFTER WE HAD RETURNED THE VEHICLE. I CANNOT URGE YOU ENOUGH TO AVOID THIS COMPANY I cannot believe Peugeot use them. I wont lease Peugeot again if PSA are involved.
