What a disaster

What a disaster. How can a watch which cost the same as an Apple Smartwatch Series 3 be such a poor product. I can only imagine how many parents must feel as i did when i gave this to my daugthers birthday. First of all. Multiple times of trying to receive confirmation code to set up the phone. Ups it never came and to get in touch with client service it takes 24 hours??? How many children can wait this long. I regret with all my heart i bought this extremely expensive watch. Wow!
