AWOL Yarn Order
I made a yarn order on July 23. The ETA for receiving the order was between Aug 4 - Aug 16. Fast forward to today, August 29... I still have not received it. Tracking information says it is still at the International Hub. I contacted customer service last week and have gotten 3 emails stating they are working hard to find it and resolve the issue. At this point my project is finished with something close and I no longer have need for it. I spend $50 thus far for a promise and no delivery. I will be calling tomorrow to see what kind of run-around I will get from customer service.
