Great Customer Service
I am writing to let you know of my incredible experience with your customer service employee Israel Henry. I purchased 30 buttons (10 packs) which I bought in a combination of on-line and in three different stores. After finding out it was going to cost me $100 to have the buttons changed to the new ones I purchased which came to about $60, I attempted to return them. The on-line orders emails were somehow lost and I wasn't able to get a full refund. When I called customer service, not only did I get a professional, warm and friendly person, but he saved me the trouble of having to go back to the store for my refund and gave me a direct refund. After everything I went through to purchase the buttons (driving to three of your locations and on-line) this saved me an incredible amount of time and energy not to mention the gas. I so appreciated his ability to make this happen. I was about ready to never shop in your store again; but have now changed my mind and will continue to be a customer! Thank you!
