After being coerced into joining the $150/month marketing membership, I requested to cancel within 48 hours. I was told no, until I emailed and posted on IG about my experience. I was sent an email granting my request, but with some polite digs. When I didnt respond, Andrea Chapilliquen, the 'in store' management team, sent this text : "Hi Jodie, ( Its Jody, btw ) I wanted to confirm that Ive sent you an email regarding your refund and cancellation, which have both been processed, please allow up to 15 days. Moving forward Ill ensure that Adriane is more selective when choosing our partners to better protect the companys reputation. We aim to work with business minded individuals who view this as an investment, people who value the tools and resources we provide to help them succeed. Best wishes! How incredibly rude to assume I am a risk to your companys reputation and that I am not business minded just because I didnt want to be in that contract with you, but your sales woman insisted so I went with it. If you’re referring to the fact I had to resort to social media for help making me a “risk” just shows you only care about your image… not your customers experience. There is no real reason to hold a customer to this contract after 48 hours on signing, aside from money! Proof your goal is nothing more than greed. What’s worse is there’s no one that cares above store level management for help. Dont go to Crunch… ever and Beware of Crunch Fitness in Plantation, Andrea the manager uses chat got to throw polite digs your way when she’s forced to comply.
