That your pet may not see emergency help or any help when visiting this business.

There are two days a week regular vets are closed and pet owners rely on an emergency vet for emergency services. My dog and I spent 4+ hours waiting to be seen at the Columbia location. They had ONE vet on duty. One. On a weekend when it is our only option. My poor dog has been vomiting and diarrhea and the wait was really hard. We had to keep leaving so he could poop. Finally we ended up having to leave due to having to feed the rest of my pets and being told it could still be several hours yet to go, As a few cats seemed to take priority. They were able to walk straight in and were seen immediately. The vet area was freezing cold and I just couldn't do it anymore. So now I have to take off work tomorrow, lost time, to try to see if my vet can get him in, even though they are currently booked. I'm very worried about the health of my dog as he is not eating in addition to the diarrhea. Horrible. I have been VEG with the same problem before on a weekday. Where they actually have multiple vets working and very few pets there since vet offices are actually open. The fact that they only had one vet is very unprofessional and dangerous to the health of everyone's beloved pets. I will never return and will be sure to share my story with people I know who use them and anyone else who will listen. You just waste your time and your pet will still be sick. I feel so bad for my dog and hate that they couldn't help him feel better. Ridiculous and unnecessary. Staff your business accordingly to meet the needs of pets and pet owners.
