Focus on macros has been a revelation…
Focus on macros has been a revelation for me. I consider myself a healthy eater, with a good understanding of calories, nutrients, etc. That being said, I've never been sure of the right mix of protein/fat/carbs, and the ranges provided by my coach have been very helpful. The weekly coaching has been just the right level for me (daily tracking with weekly video message), and now that I feel that I have my eating dialed in (took a good 2months+), I'm looking forward to more focus on my strength training routine.
