So disappointed
Very mixed views at the moment about this company, we're saving our final review and who we dealt with, when our business with them is completed. We wanted to split some deeds for some property we owned and were recommended to go with this company. The lack of communication from them has been staggering. We Sent our deeds, along with other important documents to them and they have gone astray somewhere within the company. We have had empty reassurances from them to say they will be found and are still awaiting any communication from these people. We have tried, in vain, to email and call this company to speak to the solicitors we were dealing with at the time and have had no response. We haven't disclosed names at this moment in time as we still live in the hope are documents are located. So far so very poor.
