If there were a way to leave 1/2 of a star i would. I will try to be as honest as possible so i will give them a thumbs us far as the location, you couldn't ask for a better LOCATION to stay. We came at a very difficult time as far as the virus. We arrived there 2 days before the ban was lifted allowing condos and vacation homes to be rented. We were staying at a hotel keeping our fingers crossed in hopes that it would lift while we were there allowing us to be able to move our party of 9 to the beach front condo while we were there. We received a call on the 2nd day of our 5 night stay saying it was lifted and we could stay there. I was to notify them if I wanted to move forward on our rental. I called them to tell the we wanted to leave the hotel and move to the condo but it went to voicemail. I emailed them as well notifying them of our decision. Within literally 5 minutes of me emailing then, I received a confirmation email where they ran my credit card. In our email, it had almost all the necessary information needed to checkin. All 9 of us unloaded our luggage and hauled it up to the 12th floor. When we got to the door, we started looking for the key code and there wasn't one. We called them numerous times, over and over and over, no answer. We emailed them, we even drove by the office location which was about a 7 minute drive from where we were, but nobody was in the office. I can't even begin to tell you how many messages we left. ( Funny how within 5 minutes of me giving them the okay on running my credit card they read my message and got their money. ) We literally stood outside our condo for over 2 hours trying to get in. FINALLY someone called me back and was very apologetic and gave us they combination. That evening, we all went in the pool on the property to go swimming... we got kicked out of the pool because they didn't leave wristbands which allowed the guest access to the pool. We also didn't received parking passes upon our arrival. After calling again multiple times telling them about the parking passes and wristbands they finally brought them evening before our departure. We were told by the lady answering the phone that someone would be by to bring us a gift card because of all the complication..... we waited, nobody showed up!! I talked to someone when we were loading our luggage and and told them we wanted to be compensated for everything we went through. She ask how much we would like to be compensated and i told her i though half of our money back... they agreed but we will never rent from this company again!!
