I started my property search with Enzo who was extremely helpful from the start. After contacting over 80 agents in the london region, getting even one call back started to feel like an impossible task, however, Enzo went above and beyond to take the time to respond whenever I contacted him. We mainly spoke through WhatsApp message which was so much more convenient too rather than just trying to juggle telephone calls as well as work. We gave him all of our criteria and he actually provided properties that would suit our need, in the locations specified, rather than ones that were clearly out of budget just for an extra chunk of commission. My search went on to viewing a property where I was greeted by Maya. From the off Maya was extremely professional, very well presented and very attentive during the whole viewing. I was able to have a comfortable conversation with herself and let her know my concerns. She offered some very good advice too when it came to searching for new leases. I asked for a video of the property as I couldn’t view it with my partner and before I’d even got back to the station, she had contacted the office and arranged for Enzo to send this over. I also contacted Enzo out of hours, which to my surprise he responded and gave all the information I needed, so extra points there. I would highly recommend Maya and Enzo when using this estate agents for your next lease if you want someone proactive, friendly and someone that actually listens to your needs as a whole.
