I ordered a bike online
I ordered a bike online. When logged into my account I noticed that my address was my old address so o changed it to my new address. When I payed I noticed that there was two different addresses, one for billing and one for delivery. The delivery address was still set at my old address even though I had changed it when ordering. There was no way online I could change it or cancel the order. The only way to cancel the order was to phone. I phoned 20 minutes after I had ordered online. When I finally got through to someone he told me he couldn't cancel my order. I have payed a lot of money for a bike that's going to the wrong address and I'm getting told they won't cancel my order. I had to go in the shop to get someone to speak to him and then he changed his story to he can only cancel it in 48hrs time. I need it canceled now so it doesn't get delivered to the wrong address. I still don't know if it's canceled and 48hrs to cancel an order is too long as they could send it out in the meantime to the wrong address. I won't be paying for it if they do.
