My overall experience was very good…
My overall experience was very good from start to finish. The only reason I gave four stars is that I was initially told they would not need to do extra trenching/cabling to set the unit up in my shed which is detached from the house. Then when the tradesman came to do a pre inspection he explained why that extra would need to be done. So that caused a few delays and some extra work for me to do so everything was ready to install. As I said, overall good experience and now that it is all set up running I am very happy with the end result.
