I purchased the wash twice by mistake…
I purchased the wash twice by mistake as it didn't automatically show the qr code. The man working the car wash went to the app and scanned both codes, but told me one wasn't working. He decided to show me the second one wasn't working by scanning it again and as he scanned it, it disappeared as it was accepted onto his device. I told him I had now paid twice for the wash and he said to go online to complain. I did this straight away - it says you generally receive a response within 3 working days. I have contacted them again and a week down the line I still have not received any communication whatsoever to three of my queries. Absolutely disgusted that he could take payment twice and not revert one and then to receive no response to my query or even an acknowledgement to say this I being looked into. I am £10 down and have paid for a service that I have not received. I will take this further as it is unacceptable service in this day and age
