So disappointing and £85 out of…
So disappointing and £85 out of pocket.. I waited until Black Friday and ordered a running jacket as a Christmas gift for my husband, without any emails or contact at all the delivery failed and it has been sent to the Warehouse. They are refusing to resend it despite the fact i have been on hold and spoken to them so many times and emailed even more. They all keep suggesting i order a different one which is £184 instead of the £69 i ordered in Black Friday, they have sent me a £30 gift card leaving me still £85 down. I won't be re buying this gift now so will have to sort something else. :( Very sad. From the reviews it seems like similar things have happened to other people and they have cancelled orders bought in the sale to leave them to repurchase at a much higher price.
