Dreadful non existent customer service
Placed order online 10 days ago, the order has been stuck at same evri destination for 6 days now. Clearly been damaged or lost . Tried contacting home bargains to get it chased or refunded and only option is to put in a request by email which nobody answers! Social media platforms are just bots. Seems like I will have to try and get the money back through my credit card as out of all other options. Definitely won’t be buying online with them again.
