We’re at Nidd Hall the staff are amazing the entertainment team do extremely well considering the heat in the the room is far in excess of what is comfortable- the whole building is very warm. The grounds are beautiful nice to walk around and site is very relaxing. They do need to sort out the heat !! 😅

Kia Sutton Park painful- having booked the car in 3 weeks ago for a part to be fitted for the MOT. No one made any attempt to contact me prior to my appointment. I booked the day off work arrived @ 8.15 with a lift ready to take me back home to be told the part hadn’t arrived !! Then whole day until 4.45 I waited for a call for Nothing. I called them back @ 5.15 to be told they would not be able to do anything until the end of August - My mot is up midnight Saturday. Sutton Park branch rude abrupt and thoughtless about the situation they have put me in 👎 Thanks Burntwood branch I might have a car sorted for Saturday/Monday 🤞
