Keine Reaktion durch Kundenservice

Wir sind wegen einem Schaden an unserer Xplora Uhr am 26.07.24 über die Website mit Xplora in Kontakt getreten. Nachdem der Chat Bot alle Daten aufgenommen hat bekamen wir eine Vorgangsnummer. Danach hörte man ca. eine Woche nichts bis eine Email kam das der Vorgang bearbeitet würde. Nun ist mittlerweile seit mehr als ein Monat vergangen und wir haben keine weitere Rückmeldung erhalten. Unser Kind sitzt nun seit mehr als einem Monat vor seiner defekten Uhr und es passiert einfach nichts.
