You are very nice with your customers at your office or customer service on phone and every truck drivers that I talked with were nice people and tried to do their best to give me the best service they were able to. Just a small remark, I live at lest than 500 meters from Highway 15 north, Laurentian Highway, and you charge me each time 40$ in extra, but it is very easy for any truck to come on my street and I also have a pallet jack in case it is needed, So I wish that you could remove the surcharge each time.
