Semi-new motorbike sold defective and long time for solving the problem.
This complaint is being made on behalf of Fabricio Tabachuk. ThunderRoad Store Customer. Fabricio: I know problems can happen, but I bought a semi-new scooter and had problems at the end of the second month, everything is being fixed in the warranty, but the mechanics are confused by the problem and now I am 50 days without the motorbike without foresight, and without motorbike reserve. I tried to renegotiate a new bike, but they wouldn't take it. The e-mails are rarely answered, how can I trust the motorbike again if it was not verified when it was sold? I'm very upset and I'm not going to do business with this company again.
