Horrible customer service
I placed an order on line that indicated there were 3 in stock at the Apple Valley, MN store. When I went to pick up the order the next day, the cashier basically said my order wasn't there. I talked to the manager and she said, "I don't have it." I'll cancel the order. What horrible customer service. When I reported my experience online, I got a message pretty much stating that what I might order and pay for online may not match their true inventory. Basically, too bad. Didn't even address the poor customer service I received.
