Terrible Online Experience – Avoid Ordering from Halfords
I ordered wiper blades online and everything seemed fine at first – got my tracking number and was told the delivery would take 2 working days. A week passed with no delivery, so I contacted the support team. They told me to wait another 48 hours. In the meantime, I also contacted DHL, who were supposed to deliver the item. DHL told me they hadn’t even received the package from Halfords yet. After 48 hours with no update, I contacted Halfords again. They said my case was now a “priority” and asked me to wait another 24 hours. This same cycle kept repeating — every time I followed up, they told me to wait 24 more hours because my case was “priority.” It’s now been two weeks. I asked for a refund, and they refused, saying I still need to wait. Meanwhile, DHL has confirmed multiple times that they never received the package from Halfords. Bottom line: Horrible service, no communication, no accountability, and no refund. Don’t waste your time or money – do not order online from Halfords.
