Appalling customer service. They will lie to your face about anything to get your money. Their rental fees are unjustifiable £600 for a contract. Never use the South Norwood branch. Fiona is one of Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. She will scream and hung up the phone. I recommend Jukes estate agent around the corner.
