I have been trying to resolve a complaint since December 2024 regarding a lost parcel and have been promised a cheque for a number of months. Alas the cheque has been sent to the wrong address and despite repeated assurances the cheque is on its way, it has never arrived. Repeated phone calls to staff who promise it’s on its way and yet now at the end of April still no cheque. Absolutely shocking service with poorly trained staff.
