The courtesy car was excellent and the driver also. We had Amanda on our return journey and had a good trip. We booked the Aspire lounge at Heathrow ourselves because we were quoted double the price by Titan. The Titan representative Mark who accompanied us through out the holiday to South America was excellent and couldn't do enough for us. Cruising however is not for me, certainly not with Holland America as it is extremely expensive. Although the staff were excellent, the extras charged on board, like 17 dollars a day gratuities, are excessive but we did manage to opt out of them and only tip the staff who went the extra mile. They also charged tax on top of your already costly glass of wine, so a fourteen day expensive cruise became even more expensive!
