Messaged Jamie Lee mckelvie. Last week about window cleaning issues. The company person phoned about half an hour later to apologise and came back straight away 👍👍. Messaged today Monday to ask for help as the lift lights had completely stopped working so it was very dark in the lift. This was allegedly reported 3 weeks ago ?? Lift company here just now repairing the problem. So well done Jamie.. with all the other Issues I’m sure you have to deal with you dealt with this quickly, professionally, with empathy, and got the issues resolved swiftly and pretty much immediately.
