Awful. Never Again
Ordered a watch that was advertised as in stock, expected delivery 14th May. Placed order and paid for finance, but the watch was now out of stock (OK maybe someone else bought it, only 1 was in stock). Said they ordered from manufacturer. Manufacturer delivers the watch in 3-5 working days so I thought it would only be a week or so, not too bad. Asked again after 3 weeks, and was told no ETA still, but offered an ‘upgrade’ to one in stock. Called them to find out more and got a few suggestions which were no where near my requests (e.g.: wanted automatic, got offered 4 quartz models) and their ‘upgrades’ were frankly insulting (£800 watch and they were offering £2-400 range). Don’t offer and upgrade if you don’t even offer at least a similar price range. At a minimum offer products that match my requirements. Anyways, I’ve cancelled the watch now, let’s see how long refund takes (these other reviews don’t seem very encouraging). So after reading their reply. My watch was £680 AFTER discount, the only watch that matched my requirements that was suggested as UPGRADE was £546. The rest of the watches were cheaper and the sales assistant just randomly listed some option WITHOUT listening to my requirements (e.g.: quartz when I wanted automatic).
