The only major complaint I have is trying to speak to a human is impossible. Emails are great, but there are several times that different people jumped on a thread and it was frustrating to have to explain something again. Maintenance has gotten better, though the is still a lag in communication. Otherwise, they have been quite helpful and I would use then again.
