Please make sure you read BBB; these reviews may not be real. I purchased a house, and I wanted to terminate the contract. The reps only kept saying that it is your responsibility to understand the contract and that you signed the purchase agreement. That makes you responsible for the contract. If that is the law I can't do anything about it. I need to break the contract and I understand that. BUT can you explain why I need to pay $3,500? To break my contract that is already 7 years old? You can buy a water tank for $1,000. I am not using their service anymore. The water tank that they are TAKING back is 7 years old already. ON TOP I have never signed any forms with Reliance. They said that this contract was from another company that they bought out. So Reliance contracts are 10 years, but the contract that the previous owner signed is 15 Years old, and Reliance does not want to change anything on the contract because they gain more money on a 15-year plan, and this is how they can get around their 10-year term in my opinion. I don't understand how they can charge me all this money. Please make sure that when you are signing a contract, you understand all the fees if you need to break it. It is better to get someone to install it brand new and not do the term. EARLY TERMINATION FEE $3,433 +HST DRAIN & DISCONNECT $125 +HST PICK UP $65 +HST DROP OFF $0 RENTAL UP TO DAY OF RETURN
