Walked in to store,NORTH NORFOLK . Walked to an assistant all I wanted was two tyres fitted to my bicycle and one new spoke. Had bike with me so was told to bring in and it was booked in obviously it was a Sunday so it wouldn’t be done that day. Understand that I might have to order parts and understand that.. So this is where it all fell apart. Looking at the new tyres on the shelves wanting to pick the tyres I wanted to put on the bike fitted. Then for some reason their assistance started telling me I can’t do that. I have to have a phone call from the repairer to tell me all about my bike. I know what colour the bike is and the wheels are round so I don’t need that assistance. All I wanted is two new tyres and one spoke. Still told I can’t pick my tyres while I’m in the shop so I told the assistant to grab my bike and I wheeled it out your LOSS. Really need to listen to the customer first before jumping in . Did I ask for health check on the bike .NO. Did I ask for a service .NO. So the email you sent me to say thank you for booking your bike in. NOT NEEDED IS IT. Have a look at your CCTV see it all unfold.SUNDAY MORNING. Have ordered two new tyres with tubes eBay £33. Ordered spokes 10 in pack £5.69 both free delivery. Do it myself I’m at that age my first bike had metal brakes.
