Terrible customer service
My box was supposed to arrive Monday before Xmas, it never showed. They said they'd squeeze me in on Tuesday (Xmas eve). So I didn't go shopping for.fresh stuff for Xmas day. 7pm comes around and no box, and they're not contactable. So I had no fresh food Xmas day as it was too late to hit the shops. I got a response to my email on boxing day telling me 'not to worry because they can squeeze me in on Thursday'. Completely dismissive what a huge mistake this had been and absolutely no acknowledgement or offer to make up for the stress they'd cause me (I work in customer service and I'd absolutely offer this box for free given I'd been a customer for quite a long time, but they don't seem Interested in customer retention). This is the second time my delivery didn't show. As of now, 5 days after my delivery was due, I'm still awaiting my refund. I won't be using them again, obviously.
