Don't let the pretty site and fake reviews on the site fool you
I ordered a gift basked as a friend's mother died. 2 business days later and there was no movement on the order. I tried to use the 24 hour "live" chat, but no one ever responded - not live at all. I called during business hours only to hear a repeating message indicating to send an email. All options by the automated operator sent you to the same repeating message. I sent an email requesting to know when to expect the order to be shipped. No response. I requested a refund leaving an "Offline" message on the Live Chat on business day 2. I left a voicemail also on business day 2 to at least provide two different methods of trying to resolve the issue (they were clearly not answering my emails). Later in the day, the website tracking indicated that the shipment was with the courier (that was a lie). 14 calendar days after placing my order for a sympathy fruit basket (or 9 days after I cancelled my order) , I received an email saying my order had been shipped mid-afternoon. I checked the UPS tracking number that was provided me in that email to find it was not even with UPS yet. SHAM!
