disorganized beyond belief
All ok until i changed my phone number, after that i never gained access to my account again. Thank god i had linked this acct with another bank so i could externally transfer my funds back. Customer service communication with tech support/ fraud prevention is completely disjointed and they have next to no communication with each other. The best they can do is write a trouble ticket and tell you someone will be in touch. Tomorrow will be 10 days for me and i have not been contacted at by anyone. Update: External transfers were denied and my account is now frozen. Tomorrow will be 1 month and 1 day since I last had access to my HYSA. Santander are crooks, knowing full well that freezing an account does not require them to pay any interest. Legal action we be taken tomorrow.
