First thing the customer service is…

First thing the customer service is out! The person who are sitting at the form filling department don’t know how to respect people. What point of taking an appointment if they never served according to the appointment time? I took an appointment at 10.30am but my turn was at 12pm. Make the services according to the appointment time and also pls respect everyone. We get served at 1pm then the documents are wrong! Why never check before print out? 2 times i had to wait for the documents, everyone asking for appointment but i dont know what is the reason if the customer never served on time! If the photography is not tally then why at the reception time they check never inform that can be use or not? Why we need to check first at the counter? One more thing the mistake is the person who printed and also who double check the document at reception counter then after we get served put number the lady who sitted at the counter she said we need to take another new number! So simple she said just like that then why we wanna wait until our turn? If you know already the picture is cannot be use pls inform us earlier then dont waste our time and your time as well! For the document just only for 3 pages will take 2 and half hours? But in the board shows that the values are 1. Result orientation 2. Customer orientation 3. Process drives 4. Entrepreneurship 5. Integrity & respect 6. Passion, first of all you guys read and understand this then come to work next time! Next time vision and mission must remember all the time! Finally the time we served to submit the documents was at 1.30pm.
