Transparency
I did a pre-approval application online. made an appointment and then went in. the salesmen are not that transparent on how its set up. all in all its a company i cannot wait to get away from. leasing a vehicle for 20,000$ and then when lease is up i still dont own it till i pay another 3,000$ for a 2011 kia soul...they definitely prey on the weak.
