From the initial contact from your representative Rhys to the install & beyond, dealing with Smart Energy has been a no stress experience. Some years back I had purchased a cheap 8 panel system. Which in the long run was not cheap at all, as it stopped working some years down the track. However I had no real information from the supplier, no contact info & I was pretty sure the warranty had expired as well. I had been up a ladder trying to clean the panels, to no avail & not good for a woman past 65 years of age. Rhys initial contact was friendly & informative which piqued my interest. German build, self cleaning panels & 25 year warranty, all important points for me personally. Plus being on a Pension I’m able to utilize the Tasmanian Government interest free repayment scheme! Winning!! Together with a wealth of information & contact from Smart Energy. Installation & removal of the old system was fast & the crew was neat & left no mess behind them. They ended up being 1/2 a day early & had completed by mid day the next. Electrical inspection all good. Many follow ups by Smart Energy to ensure customer satisfaction. The only downside is I have yet to receive an Aurora account to assess my savings to date. Plus I’m yet to hook up to the mobile phone application, which can also assess daily usage, this down to my own hesitation. All in all 10/10 Smart Energy.
