Charging me things I don't owe and not resolving it
Darwin Homes has terrible accounting practices, is not transparent about what they are charging customers, and will not hesitate to start sending threatening collections emails and charging late fees on the balance of their accounting mistakes. I have always paid the full rent and fees in advance days before the month turns over, and this is the second month in a row that I had something random and erroneous added on the first that lead to late fees and collections attempts. Contacting customer service is always a drawn out back and forth with little to no accountability. I am still waiting for my current situation to be resolved a week after the charges were added in error, and I am SO glad that I will be moving out this month.
