Complete waste of time

Had a private prescription from a clinic which I tried to have filled by this company, but their website is completely geared to giving people consultations to sell product of the back of. I had to chase my own emails several times, and chase the chasers by phone. Problem seemed to be that their pharmacist has to approve all orders and mine, of course, was a prescription written by a doctor, not needing pharmacists approval. Eventually, it just fizzled out and several weeks later I'm no further forward. If you're tempted to use these people, then don't let me stop you, but be warned. I certainly shalln't waste my time again.
