Verified purchases for reviews needs to be introduced!
I am unsure why reviews are allowed without people actually purchasing from this company but I am leaving another review as I have had some issues with a seat I purchased a year ago and Gabi sorted it instantly and sent me out a new one that arrived the next working day without me having to return the one I was having issues with. People shouldn’t be allowed to leave a review based on the Facebook group without any actual purchases. She’s continuously called a bully, yet the same people will jump on the bandwagon and write a negative review with no experiences themselves and no opinions of their own, just purely trying to destroy someone’s business. All whilst sharing ‘be kind’ quotes and quotes on mental health on their very public profiles. Also - I’m failing to understand why anyone would purchase a car seat from somewhere and not go to them for aftercare or fitting issues - it’s literally what you have paid for when purchasing a specialist car seat. Claim to support independent small businesses yet refuse to support them. Make it make sense 🤦🏻♀️
