Terrible at Conveyancing, Even Worse at Litigation
4 years ago after many frantic emails by me with no response I get a casual message from PCS telling me my house purchase fell though and I had lost my 14k deposit as well as the house I was buying. There was no reason for this to happen because everything was in place, the property had been reserved for me for a period of time buying through an auction, I was a cash buyer. Oh well, never mind.. let’s hope she disappears they think to themselves. She’s only a single mother with two very young children. I’m so please the Ombudsman for chartered surveyors sued these jokers too on behalf of another 12 other victims. It took me 4 years to sue these people. they did everything possible to sabotage court hearings as well as refusing to hand over evidence and lying, the list goes on. This this company have absolutely no morals, ethics or intelligence between them, a situation that could have been resolved respectfully, was ignored. They had the opportunity to do the right thing but chose not to and it’s cost them, a lot. Let’s hope you’ve learnt. Please be aware PCS are trying to remove this review
