I've just booked our third holiday with Riviera. Laurie Mathieson handled our booking over the phone, and was most helpful and efficient, answering all my questions and ringing back on time to my requested callback. So we're looking forward to a grand tour of Sicily in May and a river cruise in June, also booked through Laurie. Thanks to him please!
