PLEASE STAY AWAY!
My experience with Great Jones was horrible! THEY ARE SLUM LORDS!!!!! They charged me $3600 for move out damages! I do not even know how! We are a military family and they took advantage of us! We touched up the walls and kept the house in immaculate condition! Great Jones are horrible and I do not recommend! The home that we were living in had plumbing issues and a lot more issues! Great Jones charged me $2400 to paint the whole house! There was not even a scratch on the wall! We touched up everything! I am located in Columbus Ga and their prices are also RIDICULOUS!!!! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FAMILIES !!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !! PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!
