Liar,liar pants on fire
Your employee, Jhene assisted me on NCL Prima last year. I bought something for my other half- I believe Yellow diamond earrings- and I was looking for a bracelet as well. Jhene offered me - since I am also crew- that she would purchase it under her name, get me some extra discount and I would pay her cash in exchange. While I am not one for doing business that way, she and I got along- at least I thought we did- so figured why not. We agreed that she will send me the appraisal under her name, as well as the COA. Jhene said EFFY takes 90 days for crewmembers to send it. That was ckealry a lie. I paid her the $4000 cash, she gave me a bracelet. And I have been asking for the appraisal and COA ever since. She has been lying to me and finding excuses. Reach out to me, I have all the emails from her as proof. It is clear, that she either sold me a lab grown diamond instead of natural, or she lied to me about the price, and that is why she refuses to send me the paperwork. Either way, it is a shameful way to conduct business, especially lying to another crewmember. I continue to work onboard, and until this is resolved I will make an extra effort to tell every guest how I was treated by an Effy employee. To be fair, I do not have a problem with EFFY- we have spent little over 10k on several pieces- I just protest as a sales man and as a fellow crewmember. Making money on another crewmember is shameful to say the least. Maybe,I'll even start posting the screenshots of her emails on social media and other websites. Let's see how far it will escalate. Shame on you, Jhene, for lying through your teeth for $4K. That is how much your soul worth? People like you, give sales people bad reputation.
