Booked a med cruise direct with Celebrity, flights as well because they said they would make sure we got to Barcelona. Veuling Gatwick flight at 9 cancelled and we are still being told to stand in check in and wait for information at 3pm. Celebrity won't pick up the phone and won't even give their reps any info. Unbelievably shocking performance. I fully expect to be stood here till 11pm
