Great Jones is anything but great
Great Jones is anything but great. I contacted them through their maintenance app Latchel 10 days ago about a slow flushing toilet and water seeping up through the floor. Because of the slow response, the slow flushing toilet now won't flush at all. It took me asking for the plumber's number directly and calling them myself to get any sort of response. And even then, the plumber did not show up for the appointment we set up. I have one toilet on the premises. my roommates and myself have had to wait until we get to work or drive to a store to use the bathroom. It's been miserable.
