Good first advice
I had a preliminary conversaton with James Ng, who I thought gave wise advice, particularly because he asked searching questions, and did not attempt to placate me. He patiently asked the right questions until he had a good sketch in his mind of the complicated situation. He then presented me with a range of possibilities without promoting any particular one. Essentially he did what a good solicitor should do: give clear, informed advice. I felt a weight lifted from my shoulders after the conversation. He was also refreshingly articulate.
